run at least 2 miles 6 days a week with strength training. so if you run monday-saturday, strength train your legs on monday (squats, lunges, etc.), your arms on wednesday (curls, pushups), and back and abs on friday (planks, situps, crunches, pullups, rows, or ask andrew for the ab ripper x video)
